It'd cost him well over a thousand pounds to get here, so I'm safe... however, given that the old sod has landed on his feet in the most truly epic of manners, he could probably got himself (and maybe me) free tickets for these games. Certainly Garces' handling of the Hohneck offload/try was dreadful. Why did'nt the ref go for the replay? One felt for Hohneck - great skill,

I like the fact that he brazenly lied to the players - "The TMO just told me good call, so I am 'appy it was good," after the TMO said nothing at all. He may have been wrong, but at least he was confident about it.

Now watching the replay. The Glos centres from the Goldington Rd finishing school are, well, everything you'd expect from the Goldington Rd finishing school, glorious in hair and deed.
Also, and possibly more importantly, Polledri is one hell of a player.

Having seen the replays I agree with everyone else. It’s always a shame to bring this stuff up but in a final that is quite a pair of decisions.
