Excellent to see Thomas on the way to winning this. What is the betting on Skeletor Froome breaching protocol and going for it tomorrow? Has anyone ever done that?

Not a classic as far as excitement goes. The TTT killed the race really as once sky had a lead they were just too strong for anyone to put significant time into them and it played perfectly into Thomas' skillset. Yates was a big dissapointment, doesn't seem to have recovered from his early season crash.

Martin is excellent fun though, ridiculous no hope attacks. You wonder how he'd race with a stronger team around him.
