Well OMG A tigers coach that is playing England U20 players!!!!
In fact all 5 England U20's are on the bench for Tigers.
What is going on with the club? We don't trust academy players.

Bravo. I really like that bench selection. fascinating to see how much they play and how they get on. Big call on Heyes, but he does look like someone who could go a long way in the game.

Shame Eastmond's not fit yet. Not sure about bringing in Owen - how much match-fitness is he likely to have? Might've been better to go with Hardwick from the off.
Looking forward to this game - this one'll be the acid test.

I suspect the worry is if Hardwick starts and gets an early injury we will suddenly be without any back up kicking option on the bench should anythinghappen to George further down in the game. (I guess Ben Youngs might be able to do it at a stretch, but Harrison on the bench was usually a solid 3rd choice kicker)

12 academy products on the pitch for Tigers.
Hopefully Cohen and the Board will give Murphy a proper chance to build something.

Happy to see Booj starting after Lovobalavu's performance last week, not that I've ever seen him play of course. Hope Hughes and Carr are properly fit and not being rushed. Exciting game ahead hopefully.

And, great to see Booj starting - fingers crossed it goes well
Sopoaga too… Let's see what the hype is about for more than 20 mins

Yep. Great to see.
It's probably down to injuries in the main, I've been pleasantly surprised at how many young players are getting a chance this season.
Good on Murphy for giving them a shot.

White and Lewis will be down to injuries.
But at the other positions not so much, Heyes picked ahead of Ma'afu and Gigena although if Cortes wasn't with England he would be on the bench most likely.
Olowfela ahead of Holmes and Aspland-Robinson
Hardwick very much our second choice 10 currently, I imagine he will be starting in Novemeber.

Welcome to the Prem, Booj. Three interventions, bar ruck clearances, one brick wall and one missed tackle on Tuilagi.

Youngs showing us just what we've come to expect from England's unchallenged first choice scrum half...

Robson pissing all over him so far. Unusual as he tends to have a mare whenever Eddie comes to watch.

You'd think Wasps would come up with something to cover the hardstanding just off the back of the in goal area.
