Looked to be at least one possible forward bass, if not two, in the buildup.

I had to laugh when the commentary team said it was only his reputation that got him carded. At last a referee is prepared to ignore the hype and make the right decision.

Farrell told to wind his neck in by the ref, the way he speaks to him being 'too aggressive and too many arm movements.' Love it.

LOL.
Is Farrell the worst captain ever to grace the Premiership?

That and his sole attacking play being the grubber kick.

Both Curry twins have been excellent tonight. Ben Curry has been an absolute animal since he came on.

Who is No.7 (not Ben I assume), and where does the other one play? No.7 has the invaluable skill of being able to take a pounding when linking and not dying with the ball.

7 was Tom. Ben was 20.

I can see why Tom is the one to get more starts now, though. I mean, Ben is very good, but Tom somehow packs more punch. He's really excellent.

Tom was wearing 7, but both play openside by preference. Thought Tom should've been MotM tonight - made a load of tackles, carried well, and was a nuisance in the rucks. Hope he stays fit for the 6N.

Maybe. But I'm sticking with my doubled down suggestion: this Sale team is nothing without Faf.

Waited outside for the players to get on the bus so my son could get some autographs. Those that came out were brilliant with the kids......other than Goode, who pretended to be on the phone just as he walked out the door and then ignored everyone.

Chaps, you can't possibly have Farrell as captain of the national side when he is in this current state. That is a disaster waiting to happen.
I note how Igor De Klerk is in constant communication with his forwards. Not many other halfbacks in the comp seem to do that. Makes a change from constant box kicking. This must be a coaching issue yeah?
Mells....did Goode do his little goose step to get away from your boy?

Not that subtle, unfortunately.
