Franklins Gardens Improvement

Anyone know much about what this actually entails? Is it an increase in capacity or just improving corporate bits? Must be fairly sizeable if they're needing toget money from the council as well as the CVC money.

Article's been updated with a few more details:

"The Premiership club's planned upgrades include creating an indoor training building with artificial turf, upgrading its conferencing and catering facilities and making changes to the car park entrance on Weedon Road."

I don't like how other clubs get ground improvements so quickly and easily :(
