Enjoyable game. Nice break from the stressing of 6Nations rugby.

Lots of exciting young eqp players on show. Ludlam, Mitchell and Malins have all been good.

Unimpressed with Malins passing l-r tbh...theme there!

Mitchell and Ludlam yes.

Very different selectorial approaches and it shows- Sarries lacking cohesion and frankly some basics in handling.

Mitchell looks a handy 9 and an admirable Gary Neville lookalike

The young Saints h/b's were very good, i thought. I like the look of Furbank at FB.

An enjoyable game at the Gardens. The benefit of Saints having to chuck the young guys into the Premiership this season is they have the extra experience over their peers in competitions like this. Thought Ludlam, Furbank, Mitchell, Grayson and Hutchinson all had excellent games. Naiyaravoro's bounce of ex-Saint academy prospect Segun was monstrous.

its the big plus to what Boyd is doing. It'll pay off, I'm sure, over the mid term.
