19/20 opening fixtures
Opening Premiership fixtures
Bristol v Bath (19:45 BST, Friday, 18 October)
Exeter v Harlequins (15:00 BST, Saturday, 19 October)
Sale v Gloucester (15:00 BST, Saturday, 19 October)
Saracens v Northampton (15:00 BST, Saturday, 19 October)
Worcester v Leicester (15:00 BST, Saturday, 19 October)
Wasps v London Irish (15:00 BST, Sunday, 20 October)
Not exactly confident about Exeter away. But I suppose they’ll be a fair bit more depleted than we will.

Actually I’m not sure that’s even right. We won’t have Marler to take advantage of their missing tight-heads.

I'd assume in advance it'll be home wins across all those fixtures

Yeah, Exe won't be crazy depleted at all, really. Which is a bit insane considering where they finished last time out...Mikey Brown wrote:Actually I’m not sure that’s even right. We won’t have Marler to take advantage of their missing tight-heads.
What, they'll be missing Williams, Francis, LCD, Skinner, Slade, Nowell, Hogg. Anyone else? That's not much, really.
We'll be missing: Marler, Sinckler, Kunatani, Goneva, Botta, Landajo, Campagnaro, Lasike...mainly 2nd choice players, which is weird.

Re: 19/20 opening fixtures
It's the same week as the RWC quarters, so I'd imagine the group stage returnees will start to be available from the second week of the season.
We'll likely be missing Genge, Cole, Lavanini, Kalamafoni (maybe) Youngs, Ford, Tuilagi, May, Holmes (maybe), Veainu. Which could leave a starting XV of Bateman, Youngs, Heyes, Green, Spencer, Taufua, Thompson, Liebenberg, White, McPhilips, Olowofela, Eastmond, Taute, Aspland-Robinson, Worth.
That's not a bad team, but like last season, it'll depend on if we're still less than the sum of our parts.

More likely because of Mark Atkinson at 12 and his sidekick at 10.jimKRFC wrote:

Maybe, we should have a referendum on who gets picked for the country at 10? If Cips is so popular . . . .Mellsblue wrote:More likely because of Mark Atkinson at 12 and his sidekick at 10.jimKRFC wrote:
