Has this been posted before? Seems as though it might be sinking in that tackling should involve the arms .. https://www.bbc.com/sport/rugby-union/49711029

"If your shoulder is ahead of your hands, then the law doesn't look after you very well."

Yes, because that's the literal definition of a shoulder charge. Because you're leading with your shoulder. In a shoulder charge

In other ridiculously obvious news that no-one should be stupid enough to say out loud, ursine creatures found defaecating on arboreal area, leader of Catholic religion found not to be a Protestant, and Boris Johnson supported Leave to boost his career.

Italy spin it wide, but it's covered well and they've now moved back to 15m out from the line. Farrell launches in with a blatant shoulder charge, which he's lucky to get away with, but no-one's hurt. It allows Ferrari to bounce off and gain an extra metre.
Clearly hasn't learned very well, as this was from the Italy game. Who knew the minute-by-minute threads would ever be of value to anyone?!

Those shoulder charges were just shocking. Anything that caused me as an England fan to shake my head and say "hes gotta go" was bad.

Nothing like a bit of spouting off stuff to hope the referees read it and ignore the fact they need to watch out for it…
