Top of our pool with home and away against Calvisano to look forward to! Who cares about the league; we're qualifying through Europe this year!

It'll be a great comfort to us in the Championship.

It is 2nd division stuff but there are still a few good sides in this years comp.

Bristol going very nicely. 2 good wins while employing a majority of their squad. A win in France is not to be sniffed at, particularly as they didnt concede a point.

Round 4:
Scarlets 46 - 5 Bayonne
London Irish 20 - 26 Toulon
Bordeaux - 33 - 6 Agen
Wasps 7 - 9 Edinburgh
Stade Fran 16 - 18 Bristol
Pau 34 - 29 Cardiff
Calvisano 13 - 20 Tigers

Pool 1; Dragons 15, Castres13, Worcs 10, Enisei 0
Pool 2; Toulon 18, Scarlets 14, London Irish 7, Bayonne 5
Pool 3; Bordeaux Begles 17, Edinburgh 16, Wasps 6, Agen 0
Pool 4; Bristol 19, Brive 9, Zebre 5, Stade Francais 5
Pool 5; Leicester 18, Cardiff 13, Pau 10, Calvisano 1

With two rounds left it looks like Tigers and Bristol will be through as group winners and Worcester , possibly, as a best runner upin it for the English clubs. Remaining games are:
Bristol - Brive (H) and Zebre (A)
Tigers - Cardiff (H) and Pau (A)
Worcester - Einsei (H) and Castre (A)
L.I - Bayonne (A) and Scarlets (H)
Wasps - Agen (A) and Bordeaux (H)

From the French point of view, Bordeaux/Bègles and Toulon are sure to provide tough opposition in the Quarters. Castres may sneak in but they're not the force they've been in the last few years (famous last words!). Bayonne and Agen, particularly, have shown no interest whatsoever. Stade Français are having a nightmare season and will be relgated to ProD2 unless they somehow get their act together in the new year. It's unlikely that Brive or Pau will make the Quarters, although Pau will probably see off Tigers at home on the third weekend of January.
