Re: Rugby Pass World XV
To be fair, I’d have picked 10 of that XV and with the exception of Marx and Farrell, the ones I wouldn’t have picked we’re definitely up there in my mind.
FWIW here’s mine:
1. M. Vunipola
2. J. George
3. T. Furlong
4. M. Itoje
5. E. Etzebeth
6. P. du Toit
7. T. Curry
8. A. Savea
9. A. Dupont
10. R. Mo’unga
11. J. May
12. M. Tuilagi
13. S. Radradra
14. C. Kolbe
15. B. Barrett
I’ve picked this team as if it had to actually play together. I think Sinckler and Retallick are better rugby players than Furlong and Etzebeth but I think the combinations I’ve chosen are stronger/more complimentary.
Toughest decisions for me were 10 and 12. Ultimately I decided that I’d back a halfback partnership of Dupont and Mo’unga to make it work with Tuilagi at 12.

Mako is the loose is ridiculously good, but I still think he's suspect in the scrum

No Aaron Smith? Do me a favour. Dupont has had a decent season, but the only way Faf has edged ahead at test level would be if the question was who was the more boring to watch.
