Rugby Rebels World XV Nominations LHP

OK, so I didn't like that Rugby Pass XV, surprise, surprise. So let's see what the hive mind of RR comes up with.
I will run 2 rounds of threads, the first calling for nominations, the second running a poll for each position. The winners will then be combined into a RR World XV (and bench, for sh*ts and giggles).
