The complete opposite to Wasps vs. Worcester ... both teams going for pretty much full strength here.

Wonder if there's been collaboration between sides. Or equally, all sides just looking at the fixtures list and deciding which ones they need to go hard on. I guess Sale have had a full week to recover though.

Can't say I'm that upset by the fact that Sale face Wasps next though with the shorter turnaround.

I'm glad I looked these tweets up to make the thread. I didn't know the ko was 6pm, might have missed it.

Can't help thinking that Exeter's lineout will play merry sport with Van der Merwe's throwing. I think they might strangle Sale for possession.

There was the option for both sides to mix n match a bit but they've gone in with pretty much their best side again. They'll make a host of changes for the following midweek games.
Sale will surely be better than last week. James at centre will certainly increase their distribution options.

Sale don’t have as much capability to rotate though as their squad is pretty small.

They’re definitely going to be sailing pretty close to the wind on depth in some positions. I think they only had 5 senior props listed in the squad they posted.

Is it a 18.00 kick off so they can show this game, follow by another at 19.45, on tv?

Yeah I actually really like being able to watch all these games live. I think BT should look into showing way more of them even when things get back to normal.

Also predictions for this game? If diamond has actually explained the breakdown rules to his team sale could be dangerous.

That move from Joe Simmonds to Woodburn was actively sexual. They shouldn't so something that erotic before the watershed.

Good start for Exeter.

Curry is such a beast. Must be up to 4 excellent turnovers in 36mins.

really odd that we have some posters who seemingly can't wait to see him dropped for pretty much anyone

When was the last time a ref marched a team back 10 metres after players mouthed off against a penalty decision? Referees seem to accept verbal flak too much for me.

I'd have him and Willis as first two back-row choices every time. The third member does not matter much. Neither do shirt numbers.

Well one of those posters bases his opinions on highlights.

With the exception of the try, there is a fair chance that none of Curry’s other interventions will make the highlights but they’ve been huge in halting any momentum Exeter get.

Why is it that it's so hilarious to see this Sale pack get absolutely spanked like that?
Exeter are class though, it's not that it should be such a shameful thing.

Sale are certainly hard cunts, but they really don't look that good currently

First name on the team sheet for England at the moment. He's just so consistent. He will certainly tour with the Lions as well.

Sale are just struggling to keep their discipline as Exeter just grind you down. One penalty Vs Exeter quickly becomes two and before you know it you are defending the dreaded Exeter rolling maul. De Jaeger is doing a phenomenal job at thwarting that Sale lineout otherwise Chiefs could have 50 by now.

Sale are playing a lot better than last week, the secondary playmaker in the midfield is giving them a lot more fluidity in midfield.

Great win for exe. Came back very well. It does fire a huge warning shot across the bow though, sale are legit and will get it together.
