Pretty hard to get excited about this one. I thought Irish would be targeting it with more first choice players.

Good to see Esterhuizen on the bench, though Lasike boshing it up the middle seems to be about the only thing consistently working for us this season.

Interested to see Cokanasiga the younger getting a run-out. Is this his senior debut?

Well Esterhuizen should be able to do the same but better...

I thought Irish would target it too, but the fact that they haven’t might actually make it a better game.

Keen to see Esterhuizen in action!

One sub appearance previously.

Good to see Munga there too. He looked seriously good at schools level.

People talking about how competitive the english back row is but alot of talented wingers in the prem at the moment, especially Hassel-Collins:

May, Thorley, Hassel Collins, Mcconnohie, Coka, Watson, Daly, Nowell

Tough to pick from that.

Also the wasps wingers who can are a bit underrated

Weird how we're just watch endless replays of Cokanasiga smashing Lang in the face with his forearm, which has sent him off the field, and the ref/tmo isn't interested.

Very obvious shoulder imo

Pretty sure it was Dan Norton wasn’t it? I thought it was borderline yellow, but Lang pretty much ran in to his forearm rather than Norton really projecting his arm in to his face.

Looked to me that Norton’s step made Lang’s head connect with Norton’s shoulder when he tried to make the tackle. Happy to be wrong if theres other evidence but the lack of interest by the TMO may be explained by that

Water, water everywhere, and not a 9 on the horizon

Mitchell, Maunder, White, Randall, Uren? I think Uren is the oldest at 24. Hopefully see one come in as understudy to Youngs and start pushing him to perform.
