You'd've thought Sale would have to cancel if they got even a slight outbreak in their squad, given how close to the line they are on player numbers anyway. Hopefully everyone's okay.

I guess it depends whether it’s a player or a member of staff, but then if it’s the latter, the next question is how much exposure they’ve had to the players.

It depends whether sensible people decide or if Diamond (Lood de Jaager is fine, despite bending the pins in his shoulder out of shape) decides...

I imagine he'd want to play even if all his players had Covid...

Wait what? Didn't Diamond say, categorically, that TCurry was not an 8, that this would never happen, that it was a complete nonsense idea?

I don't know what sources I can trust if Steve Diamond turns out to not have been telling the truth.

Jonno Rossnupset that Lavannini has more yellow cards (and Wells the stupidest), so evens things back up by tripping the ball carrier as a maul breaks past him

Nice from Carley (not often I type that).

Discourages the Sale front row from discussing how to cheat by telling them he speaks africaans

Nice bit of luck there, but I'll take it.

We deserved something for the pressure, but you wouldn't call that we'll worked!

That was beautiful, and really should have been a try for MacGinty. No idea how McConnochie got back and made his tackle

Thanks. Though I've not worked out how to do that on the web-player, if you can.

That deserved so much more.

JLDP just inviting TdG to sweep it up though. His halfbacks will be furious with him. Made just about the only decision he could that wouldn't end in a try

Hang on, am I reading this right on Twitter? Webber has somehow been carded for an offence whilst Sale had an advantage for a knock on?

Big 5 pt win.
Bath took their chances, were excellent in the set piece and defended doggedly.
Spencer's control at 9 crucial.
