Wray buying a controlling interest in Owen Farrells image rights company:

O thank god. There I was thinking this was similar to that time that ACOBA signed off on Cameron working for Greensill or something

It specifically says in the Mail article you linked that the salary cap manager signed off on this individual transaction. What got them in trouble before was not declaring a lot of business dealings, that were only exposed after the fact.
