Godsdammit! Both of Leicester's bye weeks happen shortly after the international periods - 1 week after the AIs and 2 weeks after the 6N. I wonder if they count for the "must rest England players" thing, cause if not, that's spectacularly annoying timing given how much lesser of a team we are without Genge, Youngs, and Ford.

Bye weeks:
1 wasps
2 sarries
3 quins
4 barf
5 northampton
6 bristol
7 newcastle
8 gloucester
9 leicester
10 sale
11 exeter
12 worcester
13 l irish
14 bristol
15 northampton
16 newcastle
17 gloucester
18 sarries
19 wasps
20 barf
21 quins
22 leicester
23 sale
24 exeter
25 worcester
26 l irish

Quins, Leicester, Sale and Exe seem to have them at the right time for the end of season run ins!
When do the international periods hit?

Weeks 5-8 for the English AIs (including the weekend before for the squad meetups)

14-20 for the 6N (including the weekend before).

So wait, Northampton, Bristol, Newcastle, and Gloucester all get two byes during international periods?! How is that fair?!

It's only a benefit if they are missing many players though.
If you are only missing 1 or 2 players it's a lot better to be playing a team missing 4-6 players during the International period than not

Good point. I was thinking about it from a Leicester perspective where international periods are to be endured, but I'd imagine Newcastle are quite miffed at missing out!

Looks like it's back to three games a weekend for BT as well. That's disappointing if true.

Really? That sucks. Thought we were passed this stupid part time broadcasting nonsense.

This looks like a much better idea than the 4 point 2 point split:

For next season, maybe we could say that if a match is cancelled due to covid, and an unvaccinated player is involved; it's a 5:0 league point split; in the books as 28:0 score board, 4 (penalty) tries to 0

I would be all over that. Barring medical exemptions, players should be 100% vaccinated by the start of the season - even Slade's weak excuse about not wanting to have any side-effects during a crowded season has been invalidated with the summer break. If they make a choice not to be vaccinated and that causes a cancellation, then it should absolutely come down on them.
