Slightly odd question, anyone got a high up contact at Leicester? Someone who might be embarrassed about a complete lack of response to a simple request from their community team?

Not sure if he is on this board but SK88 was the Leicester propaganda officer and very close to Jordan Crane.

Have you tried tweeting @ them? You'd be amazed how quick a response you can get from a company when your complaint is made publically on Twitter - they seem to ascribe ridiculous importance to it.
