Drop outs
Struggling to find a comprehensive list of when, if at all, a 22m drop out happens under the new laws? And also if the laws are applicable to all age groups? Anyone have anything clear and decisive?

22m happens if a kick goes touch in goal or over the dead ball line (option for a scrum back still exists). I believe the ELVs are applicable all through the game and see no reason why they wouldn't for age groups, but have no source to confirm that they definitely do.
