Good to see Freeman on the bench. Saints bench strong, bar old Mikey Haywood who looks well past his best.

Lawes and Ludlam had some lovely inter play with each other. I've always liked Tom Collins, but he is playing his best rugby this season, quality game today

He's always been very handy; I wish Sleightholme could string some games together though.

Yeah agreed, when he first broke the first team I thought he'd be in the England reckoning soon enough, but he's definitely gone off the boil a bit - in part to his injury lay off. Has a good combo of gas, physicality and bloody mindedness
