Munster: Haley; Earls, Farrell, de Allende; Zebo; Carbery, Murray; Wycherley, Scannell, Ryan; Kleyn, Wycherley; O'Mahony (capt), Hodnett, O'Donoghue.

Replacements: Barron, Loughman, Archer, Jenkins, Ahern, Casey, Healy, Kendellen.

Exeter Chiefs: Hogg; Woodburn, Slade, Whitten, O'Flaherty; Simmonds, Maunder; Hepburn, Yeandle (capt), Williams; Gray, Skinner; Ewers, Kirsten, Vermeulen.

Replacements: Innard, Keast, Schickerling, Capstick, Grondona, Maunder, Gilbert-Hendrickson, Hodge.

Have a feeling Exe missed the boat last week. Munster arent great but they seldom have an off day at home and 5 pts isnt a big margin to overturn.

For all the talk of how many Munster were missing last week, I make that 4 Lions Exeter will be missing for this, plus another international in Devoto.

Great win by Munster with fairly poor possession.
O'Mahony fantastic at the breakdown.

Exeter look fairly thoroughly found out. The simplistic gameplan has been undone by several teams this season and, when Munster fronted up against them physically, Exeter had nothing else that they could deliver.

Exe need a reset. They need to try and develop a sharper attacking game that doesnt rely on grinding opponents down. Some forwards who can pass or offload out of contact would be a start.
A 5 pt lead was always vulnerable and so it proved.
