Killed when some idiot led police on a high-speed chase and drove into the back of his car in Texas. Damned shame
He was one of the PRO Rugby originals, the first signing and captain of the Denver Stampede, and one of the very first to take a gamble on American rugby and give it a shot. Sounds like he'd made a good life for himself there, coaching one of the Houston teams and involved in Heynecke Meyer's move to the Sabercats.
