This is a proper ‘must win’ for Gloucester after losing to Bristol. He fact that it’s a local derby adds a hefty dose of spice.

It’s probably one of the strongest starting XVs Bath have put out this season, but a weak bench. When their problem has been seeing out games, I feel like that could be significant.

"No more TMO. Too many of those." LOL

Now another contentious looking try.

So annoying to see Bath just rolling over. In a local derby, this kind of passive, limp crap is unacceptable.

Oof. This is a pumping.

Can’t wait to see what Van Graan (sp?) has planned.

Luckily for him whatever he does he's going to struggle to see the team perform worse than this. It's abject from Bath.

Bath concede two more tries whilst Glaws are down a man. 57-0 with conversion to come.

Hooper must be the worst coach in top flight living memory? Completely taking the piss with that squad. How he can just walk back into another job at the club next season. Does he have any sort of pride?

In a season of embarrassing lows that may just have been the most abject and embarrassing performance yet from Bath. Everyone involved needs to take a good look at themselves after that pitiful "effort"

Given the quality of their squad, I think that is quite possibly he worst Premiership performance I have ever seen. London Welsh were terrible, but their squad wasn’t of he required standard. Amazing to think Bath started that game with numerous international players and two B&I Lions.

Six of the starting eight forwards have international caps but looked thoroughly incapable and not particularly interested. Injuries has been a reasonable excuse for Bath at times this season but wasn't today. Looks like it'll be a full rebuild job from van Graan, how easy will that be with Hooper standing over his shoulder?

Yeah, I think it’s unfair to say they should all be ashamed today though. There were some good Bath performers but they just can’t string anything together.

You’ve got what should be a pretty serviceable prem tight five and a very good backrow. Two borderline international quality halfbacks, Joseph in midfield and De Granville looks classy if not maybe international quality. It’s amazing just how far off they look.

They look like they have no confidence left, they don't trust the systems or each other. Van Graan will have to work on rebuilding that in pre season. Hooper might need to be kept away, it's hard for anybody to be under a regime change where a notable factor of that regime change will be binning everything they spent two years building because it's not fit for purpose.

Some tried hard but some looked like their efforts were going through the motions. It was a derby game, no excuse for anyone lacking commitment. A win would have won them a lot of favour with their fans.

At a certain point, can't the senior players just take over the on field stuff? It's not like it's a load of kids is it? If EJ is so big on mentality how does Ewels get anywhere near the england team when he is the captain of that?

Are you expecting internal consistent logic from Eddie?

Bath are comedically bad given the talent there.

Bit of a non sequitur though really. He just may not be a good captain, and there is a deeper malaise there.

This was the 5th time in all comps that Bath have conceded over 60 points this season. They’ve conceded over 40 points 13 times.

Gloucester alone have scored 175 points, conceding just 30 across 3 meetings this season. As a non Bath fan I have to say that I find it pretty hilarious.

I was on tour at Minehead with my U14's all weekend, and sadly missed the game. I find it hilarious too - and yet am blighted by a tinge of sadness that Bath are so appalling this season, it was like taking candy from a baby. It's an odd feeling as a Glos fan I can tell you.

Keeps our wafer thin chances of 4th alive still, can't see us finding more points than Saints considering our remaining two fixtures, plus the QF on Friday V Sarries to factor in. Sarries, Quins, Sarries is quite the finale to the season.

TBH it makes me even more annoyed Quins somehow lost at the Rec. I was annoyed at the time but with the run-in as tight as it is, it seems ludicrous that we lost to that team …

There has been a scattering of ludicrous across the season. Dare say there is more to be had before the end too....
