Good to see Dombrandt back and well again. He's been missed for Quins.

Dombrandt returning is a real boost for Quins.
This one has got tries written all over it. Be very surprised if this doesnt provide great entertainment.

Shit, I didn't even notice that! It seemed so normal for him to be in a Quins lineup that I forgot he shouldn't be there. Did we know already that he'd picked up a contract?

He's been to both Wasps and Japan since he last played for Quins as well!

We signed him in the summer - he wasn’t a recent Wasps poach. He’s already played this season but I could forgive you for not noticing his presence, despite the top-knot.

He signed at the start of the season, he's just only fit now.

Was Dallaglio right for once? He said its a case of last week's winners' complacency v losers' bite-back.

That is criminal from the officials.

Rarely moan about refs but CMK should spend the next month in the Championship for that

It's the TMO, but any key calls like that (especially with the player injured) end up getting double checked with a proper TMO review that the ref gets to see as well.

He's in charge there. Take the time to review it properly not just this messing about they do on the fly.

But if the TMO says nothing to see here…. as I said it is his accountability but the TMO has regally screwed it too.

It is not clear how the ref stands when the TMO says 'carry on, all reviewed and OK'. How much later can he go back and over-rule? Even if he sees it at a later stage there must be a degree of backing his fellow official.

Havent seen the game but i imagine people are talking about the van Rensberg/Matthews incident? Cannot see how that isnt a pen to Irish and at least a yellow for Matthews.
Carley is only 5m away and the TMO has the time to properly review the incident. Thats incredibly bad officiating not to have got this one right.
Irish can justifiably feel aggrieved about this decision.
