Not a lot of pace in the Sarries XV, but they're used to working as a team

I fancy Sarries to pull away in the last 20 when their superior fitness and scrum takes full effect. Jamie George and Figallo off the bench could be a key factor.

both sides heavy on 'experience'. Great test for Spencer if he gets on.

How do you know they are fitter than the frogs (or even have a better scrum) ?

sarries should win this if Dan Carter is playing two games in one day!

Sarries got their tactics right so far; Faz doing what he needs to do. George made an immediate impact in the scrum, so good news down the track. Locks prominent, though Kruis has looked a little clumsy, even if Faz did pass to him when he was trying to get out of the way. Carter isn't fit imo, his play is hesitant

One thing though, when you have a scrum 5m from the oppos line, as sarries did in the first quarter, surely you have to have more ambition than to milk a penalty (which they got in fairness)- and it was still dry then.

But not always his tackling when he gets there!

Ashton has got Nigel's hump up. Nige will be on his case now for the rest of the game.

I thought he's done that much better than I've seen before today, frankly. He created one turnover by himself, and pulled Masoe down. I'm not a fan, but credit where its due.

Not exactly a big deal generally for a winger, but unnecessary I agree.

Carter's done. Not been able to do anything. That's it for Racing, there just aren't enough if them trying

Much as I believe he's the best in the world, an Englishman (even mild mannered Chris Robshaw) gets very short shrift from Nigel!
