Bulls Vs Sarries

Post by FKAS »

Bulls: Le Roux; Arendse, Gans, Kriel, Moodie; Goosen, Papier; Steenekamp, Van der Merwe, W Louw, Swanepoel, Ludwig, Van Staden, E Louw (capt), Hanekom.

Replacements: Wessels, Matanzima, Smith, Slabbert, Coetzee, Burger, Van der Walt, Petersen.

Saracens: Goode; Lewington, Daly, Tompkins, Maitland; Farrell (capt), Van Zyl; Ma Vunipola, George, Clarey, Itoje, Tizard, Gonzalez, Christie, B Vunipola.

Replacements: Dan, West, Judge, McFarland, Knight, Davies, Hartley, Cinti.

With both sides naming strong teams this really should be a brutally entertaining game.

Sarries bench continues to look a little short

Dunno McFarland, Knight, Hartley and Cinti are all 6ft3 plus. Pretty tall really.

Comically cack handed attempt at a clearout. Got past the ball then face planted the floor with shoulder to the head if the Bulls player on the way down.

Sarries played much better without him.

It wasn't outrageous - he came in low to a ruck, but threw himself off his feet over the top and clipped someone in the face on the way through. Not hugely surprised that it's downgraded, although can definitely see the rationale for red.

Have you a link? I've only seen it once - and I take it from your hmm that you disagree with my summary, so I wouldn't mind another look.
