If he picked up a knock to miss the game last week then getting him out on loan to get some game time makes sense. I don't mind it so much this week as we aren't playing a plodder at 7 and against Bath it's not a bad idea to have additional physicality on the bench. He better get some more game time than last season, bloody ridiculous how little game time he got under McKellar. The season before that he did have an injury.

Well yes, that’s why they do it . It’s the degree they do it to that is the issue if you look at Ampthill and Scottish especially. And Hartpury tbh, but a different model slightly.
