Do you remember Cliff Thorburn's 147? First one at the World Cham[pionships iirc, that started with a fluke and then went on for about three days.

Yes, and our snooker-mad Dad wouldn't let us talk or move during the careful closing of the break...it seemed as big as the lunar landing at the time. :shock:
When Cliff was playing Terry Griffiths you knew you could pop out to the chippy and not miss much..
