How is Ma'asi White getting along? This looks like a fairly rare start for him.
https://all.rugby/player/rekeiti-ma-asi-white
Is he (still) considered a top talent and England contender down the line?

2 England u20 tight heads on the respective benches.
Ma’asi-White did look very good for the u20s abut just hasnt moved on. Hopefully he'll get more opportunity to do so.

Schreuder at 9 isn't the 2nd best SH at Bath - and way down the pecking order as captain, surely!
I simply do not understand JvG's intransigence here; though he has earned our trust, he obviously sees a very different Schreuder to me (and many)

And another example of the new SH law being terrible - no control at the back = no price to pay.

That was a nice offload from Barbeary to Russell earlier in the match.

Hoping it is not injury, was looking forward to watching him in the U20 Six Nations which starts next week.

Austin loving the new SH law because SHs can do... exactly what they were always could do

I didn't much like Healey's remark that Marcus is rumoured to be getting the 15 shirt in Dublin.

Sale can be mighty pissed off about that one!
Even if it was 3 seconds left for the scrum, you don't take the free kick, surely

The game doesn't stop on an offence - it counts as part of the same phase as the scrum, rather than a new phase. Otherwise players would just intentionally offend to end the match if they were leading.

We do NOT deserve to be within a score here.
But I'll take it.
Bench is stronger, and with the wind at our backs, typically better 2nd halves than first...
We really need to hope those count for us, as we need to change the run of play - bigly.
TCS for Schrueder would certainly help.
