Glasgow missing their first choice midfield and still slotting in a couple of Scotland internationals. Looks to be a hefty starting pack with the obvious openside on the bench.

Tigers are giving some of the younger squad guys a go. FTT getting a chance to stake a claim for the Montoya understudy job for the rest of the season. Ilione gets a start having looked good off the bench recently. Carnduff coming back in gives us a bit of bench impact, Tom Manz off the bench should help the lineout. Both players we could do with stepping up.

Great to see Archie van der Flier getting a go off the bench he was great for Notts last season and looked like he was going to come through and start challenging Whitcombe in the AI PRC period only to pick up a knee injury. A very mobile loosehead who's scored a few tries.

Can't see anything bar a home victory mind.

Not thrilled about us rotating for this game. Glasgow away is a hard game, but they're far from insuperable and it feels like we've thrown in the towel early.

Great to see Carnduff back. Hopefully he can have a strong end to the season.

I've heard a rumour Montoya is nursing a knee injury and Reffell looked knackered on Sunday. So maybe a bit of required rotation.

I’m just heading into Glasgow for this one.

Sadly my attendance at Gla v Tigers games hasn’t helped the team much, previously 😂

Unless you were a sniper taking out the best Glasgow players there's not much you could have done to help the last couple of games.

I'm hoping we can keep it a bit tighter this evening and make Glasgow work for it.

Typical Tigers, score a try after 3 mins and then concede a needless penalty from the kick off.

Kelly causes the issue and then JvP plays silly buggers.

Two bits of luck for Glasgow where they react quickest and have got their tries. Done more than their many phases of attack. Tigers just being pinned back. FTT is light for a hooker and that I don't think is helping out scrum. They'll be a second yellow soon with all these penalties given away.

Leicester need to get some possession and territory otherwise this is going to go pear shaped.

At least commonsense from sir for the Ilione tackle. Unlike from the clowns on commentary.

Another dumb yellow card at the end of the first half. No excuse for that from Henderson. Ball was slow, was never going to be a legal turnover and ref was yelling at him to leave it. Just number up, Glasgow have had loads of phase play and score not a point from it. Instead they end the half with an easy three and start the second a man up for 10 mins. Just moronic.

If Dan Kelly doesn't drop the absolute gift of a try Steward presented him I think it's game on. That just killed the last of the Tigers optimism I think.

Some of the young lads have stood up well. Some of the more experienced guys just look average at best at this level.

Young FTT really made to look lightweight tonight. Going to need to bulk up to make it.

That Henderson yellow card killed us. Glasgow used that 10 mins after half time to kill the game. Fair play they were the better side. Tigers lacked physicality and as per usual any real attacking innovation.

Sole bright spark was Ilione who was everywhere and who was unlucky to knock on at the end to bring about the end of the game.

New defence coach has done alright, alignment was mostly better. Not sure Brett Deacon is feeling comfortable as forwards coach as he's again managed to get less than we have on paper out of the forwards. I'm hoping we've a bit of a summer rebuild incoming. There's some deadwood ready for trimming and some recruitment we desperately need.

One out of the eighteen flyhalfs that that utter hack has linked would be a good start.

Bit of a fizzle(r) to Cheika's reign. He's done well I think. Be interested to see how the Prem goes

We've stumbled from one shite show to another this season.

Late appointment of HC after previous HC falls out with the board a week AFTER we announce the coaching lineup for the season (at least he took the incompetent set piece coach with him). The number 8 of the future we've signed can't get a work permit. The marquee 10 won't renew, the back up 10 is off the France and the HC's family don't like Leicestershire so he won't stay for a second year. Oh and the young up and coming defence coach we had fell out with Chieka and got fired without board approval, has left to join Worcester as head coach and means we need another addition before next season.

We need:

1 x HC
1 x DC
2 x flyhalfs
1x dynamic ball carrying 8

As a matter of urgency and that's before we get to the forwards coach who's there as a job for an old boy and to address the general lack of physicality in the pack.

Well it was a fun game to be at, despite the result. Again!

Scrum was shocking and difficult to see live what the problem was - on at least one scrum it was the whole pack that was marched back, not just Cole at TH.

Our last ditch tackling was excellent - it would have been a rude humping if we hadn’t taken down those last men who were otherwise in for scores, multiple times.

Yeah all makes sense. Chieka has done alright though, you're still top 4

For now. The season's not over and 7th place is only 4 points away. The loss to Saracens, followed by deciding not to compete in Europe, has not filled me with good cheer.

Yeah fair enough, but it's only Bath that is putting real distance between themselves and position 7. This might be the most competitive league there's ever been (for good or ill). I think you'll get a quarter at least

We've still got to play Bristol, Quins, Bath and Sale before finishing the season against Newcastle. We've been awful against Sale and Bristol recently whilst Bath are the runaway leaders.

Chieka has done ok. We're better than last season but that's a low bar.

Wilks on the recruitment though has some questions to answer, especially with the likes of Rogerson and Hathaway stodging up the salary cap and about as likely to challenge the 23 as I am.

Watch the play between Cole and Glasgow 8 for the first try, starting about 25 seconds in.

Yeah Cole is holding him in but how the TMO didn't spot that when he was reviewing the try I have no idea. The whole point is that they are there to help keep foul play out the game. The ref can't see everything, I actually thought the ref had a good game.
