No Benson? The new boy wonder out of the squad already. If results don't go Quins way this weekend maybe he'll get a start for the last game of the season.

Only just noticed the numbering fuckery. That's a nice touch by Quins.

Re: Quins vs Chiefs
Hammond having one of those days where he keeps flinging the ball to nobody, that could have been really costly.

Glad everyone is still allowed to bosh people when they're both on the floor.

Re: Quins vs Chiefs
The ref seems a bit fussy. That holding up too long in the line-out was marginal at best, for example.
Exeter are more competitive with Baxter back in charge.

Yeah, Exeter just looking like they want it more. Quins creating chances but not accurate or physical enough.

Surprised to see Beard stay on after that.

Re: Quins vs Chiefs
3 or 4 marginal refereeing decisions handed that win to Quins.

Re: Quins vs Chiefs
I’m amazed we got away with that.
Brown-Bampoe is really something.
Most of the Quins backs did well. Waghorn and Murley were good value, but we got minced at the breakdown.

Good response from the exe boys, that's a positive performance you can take into pre/next season.

I assumed I’d misunderstood, but yes it seems Care kicked it out when we could have pushed for the BP try and playoff place. Not really sure what was going on there - to be honest I’d thought we were already out of it.

The wing ranking is interesting. Is Murley ahead of Radwan and OHC, for example?Mikey Brown wrote: ↑Sun May 18, 2025 5:01 pm I’m amazed we got away with that.

We can only get to 53 points, which would be level with Bears but our PD is dreadful, so 5th at best (I think I've got this right )Mikey Brown wrote: ↑Sun May 18, 2025 5:07 pm I assumed I’d misunderstood, but yes it seems Care kicked it out when we could have pushed for the BP try and playoff place. Seems strange if so many others have done the maths wrong, but fair enough. Can’t say I’ve checked myself.Danno wrote: ↑Sun May 18, 2025 5:16 pmWe can only get to 53 points, which would be level with Bears but our PD is dreadful, so 5th at best (I think I've got this right )Mikey Brown wrote: ↑Sun May 18, 2025 5:07 pm I assumed I’d misunderstood, but yes it seems Care kicked it out when we could have pushed for the BP try and playoff place. Do ‘em by 44 plus points and stop them getting a bonus point. In the bag Mikey!
