I've got a couple of their albums, and actually saw them live at a festival a while back. They are very accomplished musicians.

They played at the harbour festival in Bristol a couple of years ago and didn't disappoint, plus there was a lot of barbecue food.

In a similar vein but different, I saw a band called Mexrissey last week. Mexicans playing Morrissey and Smiths songs in a Mariachi-rock style (with Spanish lyrics). Surprisingly good show.

There's a bunch of old ladies over here who are called The Mrs Smiths iirc.

They used to drink down the biker bar in Broughton, its on a couple of their videos.
If you like them check out Luther Right and the wrongs
They do a hillybilly version of the Wall which is pretty cool
