Well my first instinct when blindly scrolling up and down this forum (it does look an awful lot like I’m working) when there’s no rugby on is post a teamsheet.

Couldn’t decide on a 13 and there’s no point going through another 6 nations chopping and changing so let’s just audition them all at once.

It’s only Ireland away. Best performer gets the shirt for the crunch game vs Italy.

I think you haven't been ambitious enough. Grigg is small enough to play 9 and then you could fit Scott in at 12. Dunbar and Steyn on the bench.

hope your solutions at work are more realistic and deliverable

Could we add Sofolarin to this list now that he has changed allegiance from England to us and is immediately added to the 7s squad for an upcoming tour?

A guy who's never played professional rugby. Now you're talking Mike Brown's language ;)

Yeah lets see him play 7s and maybe U20s (if picked/young enough) 1st.

He could potentially head back to England too. He's not officially tied to us until February, I think.

What position did you play and how old are you?

I believe he is 32ish and used to play flanker but was too short to be considered for pro rugby.

Another one to add here but, I would appreciate information on him because, as you know already, I Don watch Club Rugby.

seems to have been around for ages TBH. Had 2 or 3 seasons in the U20s and pretty good there without being really outstanding. Worry has been for me that he has only got a pro deal this year and he'll be 23 in the course if this season, so took a while compared to some, the really outstanding players. OTOH Gloucester have stuck with him then promoted him.
You should make an effort to watch some thing other than the full Scotland team

My mate’s a Gloucester fan and seems to like him. Mind, he also reckons Johnny Gray is poor, so take his view with a pinch of salt.

If you don’t watch club rugby, I’d recommend getting along to a game (with a pal!) if you are physically able and you live locally to somewhere with a decent game and, importantly, bar. It’s generally good fun and may help aid your understanding of what the teams are trying to do (I think you posted earlier that you’re not/ were not a player). Can guarantee you there will be an older gentleman at the end of the bar who will answer all your questions with an air of authority!

Seymour retires from Scotland duty. He can be very proud of his run.
