Ok. It’s the bounce of a rugby ball, and look at the pressure he is under when he kicked it. You can argue either way how lucky or perfect it was but do the same for every kick where the ball bounces. I agree it was lucky, but that was not really the point of my argument.

You are actually annoyed with the press and some fair weather fans rather than cipriani himself, I understand that, just as much for the negative press too, but the former is hardly his own fault.

Farrell kick is actually quite different, that play is called by May, not Faz and he was under no pressure at all.

Either way. We can agree to differ, Cips could be accommodated quite easily if there was any desire to do so, which clearly, there isn’t.

Great bit of vision from Cips and very good kick imo.

He didn’t do much besides that kick in that 3rd test, but conditions were pretty awful. Wet and a very heavy pitch. The first 2 tests were played in the dry and on fast tracks.

Thank goodness they didn’t try and handcuff him by the ankles.
