Minute 76

A decent kick to the right touchline from Captain England

There's a timing issue in the lineout between Dunn and the lifters. Joe goes up but neither lifter gets him to the apex and the fast throw is just too much for Joe to reach for and gather in. But it's edged slightly on our side and Mako gathers, again the clearout from Earl works, and maybe he's going to his knee merely in the contest, but you can present better pictures.

A one out pass to the left to Joe who's maintaining high levels of involvement late in the game Joe carries into contact losing contact against a double contact but fights with Curry and Dunn to keep driving and makes a decent stab of playing the ball back. Robson runs to the left off the base and feeds Billy who carries up in front of the posts, just metres from the line. Robson passes out from the base and Farrell knocks on as the ball reaches him shin height, I'd be willing to believe the pass from Robson deflects off something, perhaps a Georgian arm, perhaps a Georgian arm that shouldn't be there, not clear on x1.5 and I honestly don't remember this part of the game from the other day.

Minute 77

Georgia gather the loose ball and have a knock on advantage but use that up box kicking from the base out of their 22, but not into touch. May takes the ball and allows Malins to make a few feet on the outside, before we pass back right/open and Billy loses contact, and this time I think Billy simply loses contact. Robson passes to Farrell who passes to Daly, there is a hole ahead of Daly albeit a closing one with the inside defenders drifting. Daly is cunning however and tries to break on the outside shoulder of the outside defender on the gap rather than just passing or running into the gap, Daly's cunning plan sees him tackled behind the gainline ad support. Penalty to White for holding on.

Minute 78

Georgia kick to touch near our 22 and tap the lineout down on their side but again Itoje has applied pressure and it's not clean ball. Given the ball is bobbling back Georgia do well to carry the ball back to rough the gain line, and then they run a phase going right to open the field on both sides.

Minute 79

Georgia proceed to... mess around I think would be the best description. I suppose it's some attempt to keep the ball alive until Robson makes a tackle on White 15. Maybe Sinckler thinks Robson will not get the lad down but with hindsight had Sincks stayed on his feet he'd have had a chance to get over the ball. Earl still tries to get over the ball but he's there a little later and there are more bodies to get past. Georgia play right from the base and we make a tackle with Dunn going low and Farrell going high(er) with what has the semblance of a no arm tackle. A couple more one out plays from Georgia than a pass to the 10 who thinks of passing then runs lightly into contact and drops the ball, the sort of classic 10 play you don't often see anymore when it comes to avoiding contact at any cost. Scrum Blue

Minute 80

We concede a scrum penalty, Georgia fail to kick to touch and we kick the ball off to the match. The last minute isn't a bad commentary on the whole, yes conditions were bad, but there was little invention and little intent to even see if there could be any invention, from either side.

Mate if anyone begrudges you some comfort cake, while putting yourself through this, they might not have a soul.
I don't even really like cake tbh, or chocolate. Certainly if you told me I'd never have either again I wouldn't care much.
As long as you get the idea.
