IRB releases clarification and guidance on ruck laws from July 2020

Well this is interesting. Not sure if they're doing this now to evade scrutiny or to get extra scrutiny because there's no other sport going on. Good opportunity, I guess, as they're definitely not in the middle of anyone's season and everyone's got a chance to restart with these "guidances" in place.

Of course, the proof will be in how well (or how long) these are enforced, but I especially like that they're reasserting that you are tackled when brought to ground with one knee on the floor, not allowed to spring back to your feet if the tackler hasn't held on for the full 48 hour cooling off period. That's been a pet peeve of mine for a long while.
